CONCLUSIONS: The developed algorithm is capable of reliably providing exact values for corneal lesion sizes. Additionally, three-dimensional modeling of the corneal surface is essential for an accurate measurement of lesion sizes. Besides telemedicine applications, this approach harbors great potential for clinical trials where exact quantitative and observer-independent measurements are essential.

CONCLUSION: The findings underline the importance of enhancing health literacy and consumer attitudes toward telemedicine, particularly during the healthcare digital transformation we are experiencing globally. Post-COVID-19 cognitive symptoms in patients assisted by a teleassistance service: a retrospective cohort study
CONCLUSION: In this retrospective cohort of patients with mostly mild COVID-19, cognitive symptoms were present in 23.7% of patients with COVID-19 at 12 weeks after infection. Female sex, fatigue, depression and the need to seek in-person care during acute COVID-19 were the risk factors independently associated with this condition.
